NYC's Times Square gets a Ferris wheel

As part of a promotion to rebuild the tourism business in New York City, there's now a Ferris wheel doing a three-week run near the northern end of Times Square, and like London's Marble Arch Mound , it's already drawn criticism. The 110-foot high wheel which is on Broadway near 47th street offers a ten-minute ride that's about three spins around for $20 a ticket, or $35 if you want to skip the line. Kids go for $15. New London sight called 'unsightly'
